Join Kevan for a weekend of discourse on the profound teachings of Gorakhnath (known in Sanskrit as Goraksanatha), the legendary yogi and founding figure of the Nath tradition. Often regarded as the father of Hatha Yoga, Gorakhnath’s insights shifted the spiritual landscape toward the mastery of the body and breath as a gateway to liberation. We will dive into the teachings and practices of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, the seminal text that serves as a bridge between physical practice and spiritual realization. Each day will include multiple discussions, guided meditations and movement practices and time for enjoying the beauty of Vermont. Meals prepared by Jamie.
