  • Tips for winter travel and how to keep your immune system strong on-the-go.
  • How to prepare for the "big day" — a special holiday gathering — including meal prepping for the week, healthy ingredient swaps for baking, and more.
  • Mindfulness strategies for the main event  how to deal with family, how to deal with cravings, and what to do if you’ve overindulged and don’t feel so great.
