Fluid Reset

Re-balance your nervous system and subtle energy through this exert/release practice with a Fluid/SPA vibe. A full system reset for the body, mind and spirit. We start with enhancing the experience of breath to fuel an invigorating flow that transforms stagnant energy in the first half of class and unwinds into a floor based practice. Slowing down to activate the relaxation response and soak in the benefits of heat building that clears the mind and opens the body. 

Inspired by SPA Yoga, the second half of class will be met with a candlelit room, soft scents and calming sounds as you melt into an extended Savasana with Yoga Nidra.




Ali Zirilli

Ali started practicing yoga in 2012 for her own healing from life

stresses and grieving the loss of a close friend.


Turning to yoga

became a journey of healing, self acceptance and spiritual

growth. After being deeply engulfed in the yoga practice and

studying Buddhism, Ali found her true passion through healing

and helping others.


She earned her RYT-200 hour certification

in Fluid Yoga from Stil Studio in Dedham and went on for

Healing and Spa Yoga Certification. She also is certified by

Boston Buddha Andy Kelley's Meditation for Everyone program

to lead quided meditations.


Ali's classes include breathwork, meditation and a healing yoga

vinyasa flow. Her focus is on alignment, healing and nurturing

yourself while connecting to your breath.

Alyssa Gorel

ALYSSA GOREL, RYT 500, LICSW, BCN. Alyssa completed her 200hr & 300hr training through Fluid Yoga and has certificates in HEALing Yoga Level 1&2 and SPA Yoga. Stumbling upon yoga she found she was more at peace after class. This led her to pursue yoga further to understand the mind, body connection and why yoga made her feel more balanced and happy. This journey naturally led to wanting to be a Yoga Teacher in order to share the benefits of yoga with others. Through exploring the mind, body and spirit connection in fluid style classes she aims to help you create the inner and outer space to find harmony and peace. In her classes she attunes to the needs of students in that given moment, offering a variety of options that invite turning up the heat, or backing off their edge based on listening to their body as the primary guide. By the end of class you will have practiced keeping the mind focused, attending to the needs of the body and meeting it right where it is at with compassion and acceptance in order to arrive at complete relaxation and renewal.
