Healing Yoga

Healing yoga is a slower-paced dynamic yoga flow.

This Gentle Fluid Yoga class focuses on a mindful sequences that makes the practice accessible to beginners or those looking to take it slower and easier on the body. Healing yoga is a good option when healing from injury, to allow space for modifications as needed. Breath work, a long warm up, strengthening poses, balancing poses and accessible stretching will all be incorporated into the experience. Let Alicia know before class if you have any specific needs.
